Imperial Super Commando
This attacker can place some serious debuffs : a speed boost and some potency is what you're looking for.
We debated a variant under Palpatine's lead, but it's not very different. Stick to a fast character to block buffs as often as possible, and as for potency ; the more the merrier.
Gar Saxon
This character is in line with other empire characters, with useful debuffs. With speed down and turn meter reduction, you don't want to see any "resist" when you fire : go for potency.
